Danny Cortes has dedicated his life to health and fitness. Growing up, Danny was a youth athlete and martial artist and in high school, he played football and wrestled. His passion for fitness led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and obtain certifications from SUNY OCCC.

For the past 15 years, Danny has been a personal trainer, with 30 years of martial arts experience and 15 years as a licensed Zumba instructor. He also served as an Assistant Coach at Middletown High School for 3 years.

Danny has made it his life's mission to help people reach their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. His passion and dedication to fitness make him the perfect choice for all your personal training needs.
