At Five More and Breathe Fitness we create personal training programs to help our members Get it Right, Get it Tight!

At Five more and breathe fitness we focus and strategize on personal health and fitness goals with total body development for short term and long term goals. Our first visit begins with an individual physical assessment to educate and review a client's progress. Measuring ones performance progress is an important part of personal training. Whether it's observing a client that has succeeded in losing weight, lowering their blood pressure, improving their balance, improving ones cardio stamina and recovery, as well as increasing full body strength and flexibility.

We are training our members both online and in person. We are available for In-Home and Outdoor Personal Training. If you don't feel comfortable to physically be around a personal trainer, we also have that solved with our online personal training option. We use video chat software apps like Google Duo, Skype and Zoom so our members are comfortable training from home.
