At Five More and Breathe Fitness our trainers create personal training programs to help our members Get it Right, Get it Tight!

We focus on your goals with total body development and strategize short term and long term goals. In every training session we begin with individual assessment exercises to evaluate our members physical strengths and weaknesses. We then develop a personal health and fitness plan and strategy to help our members achieve their short term and long term health goals.

Due to Covid-19, we are training our members both online and in person. We use video chat software and apps like Google Duo, Skype and Zoom. We are available for In-Person Training. Our personal trainers are following Covid-19 guide lines by wearing face masks and cleaning/disinfecting equipment to make sure our members are comfortable and training safely.
