If you’re New to Kickboxing or Working out, this Interval Kickboxing Session is For You. Each session combines Joint Friendly Bodyweight, Resistance band and Kickboxing Functional Exercise Movements with short bursts of anaerobic and aerobic activities that will burn fat, improve your cardio and give you the burn you love to hate. 

Exercises are easily customized to accommodate your current fitness
